Recognized At Greater Iowa Asphalt Conference

As part of the Greater Iowa Asphalt Conference held in Des Moines in March, the Asphalt Paving Association of Iowa (APAI) presented awards to agency and contractor field staff who had direct responsibility for planning and paving operations on 2004 award winning projects.
