Red hardwoods

Boral Timber’ s “red” hardwoods range from the subtle pink tones of Rose Gum to the deep, dark richness of Red Mahogany - bold colours that are well suited to the modern, chic interiors that are appearing in commercial interiors such as pubs, retail stores and ski lodges.

The “reds” range of hardwood species includes Jarrah, Rose Gum, Sydney Blue, Red Mahogany and Forest Reds, species that are all very high in the janka (hardness) rating scale and will wear extremely well in both domestic and commercial applications.

Boral Timber has an excellent supply of all species in the reds including George Hudson Parquetry, Uni-Nail tongue and groove strip flooring and Slimwood overlay flooring.
