Australian pubs and clubs will be treated to up-to-the-minute innovations at the Hotel Hospitality + Design 2011 design exhibition, organised by Diversified Exhibitions Australia . The design exhibition will be held at the Sydney Exhibition and Convention Centre from 14th to 16th March.

It is not just hotels owners that are likely to benefit from attendance to Hotel Hospitality + Design 2011. Bars, pubs and clubs have also have much to gain with the latest in POS technology, unbreakable glassware, indoor and outdoor heating and shading options and much more on display.

Hotel Hospitality + Design 2011 will address all aspects of the refurbishment process in the hospitality arena and offers knowledge, skills and know-how for industry representatives to remain at the top of their game.

New products will also be exhibited at the design exhibition, including the Flute from Enomatic Asia Pacific. Pouring Champagne by-the-glass can result in a lot of wastage with the bottle losing its effervescence. The Flute system controls temperature, serve volume and also maintains the champagne in the same state as it was when the bottle was opened.

“It’s as important for pubs and clubs to commit themselves to refurbishment and innovation as it is for hotels,” said Michael-William Kelly, HHD Exhibition Manager. “The public have high expectations of these venues and adoption of new technology, equipment and methods of operation benefit everyone involved.

Hotel Hospitality + Design is supported by the industry’s key associations with the following pledging their allegiance to the design exhibition for a second year:

  • The Australian Hotels Association (National and NSW)
  • The Hotel Motel & Accommodation Association; and
  • AAA Tourism
