The Hotel Room of the Future Brought To You By Philips will again be a highlight at Hotel Hospitality + Design (HHD) 2011, held at the Sydney Exhibition and Convention Centre from the 14th to 16th March.

The Hotel Room of The Future Brought to You By Philips will feature the latest technology and new products including Philips’ halogen replacement LED lighting technology. The Philips Dynalite LED lighting system provides the power to transform a space to suit any mood and help deliver considerable operational cost savings.

The Dynalite system of LED lights is energy efficient and generates less heat than halogen bulbs, resulting in reduced use of air-conditioning. Additionally, the service life of the bulb is 25 times longer than other bulbs. Hotels can now plan their maintenance and repairs programs more efficiently, helping to achieve more cost savings.

The Hotel Room of the Future Brought To You By Philips will also feature the Cinema 21:9, a 58” Full HD 3D cinematic proportion LED TV for hotels. The Cinema 21:9 delivers a true to life 3D viewing experience just like at the cinema. Sound is just as important as picture in giving guests a truly different viewing experience and the Cinema 21:9 offers true sound performance with clear and brilliant sound.

Part of the Signature Range, the Cinema 21:9 is one of a series of new TVs that Philips has introduced to the hospitality industry. The new offering includes three ranges of hotel TVs, including the EasySuite range, the PrimeSuite range as well as the Signature range.

All three ranges feature the Super Seven, a variety of benefits ranging from advancements in sustainability as well as full service packages that include extended warranties and rental offerings. Using a Philips LED backlit TV can help hotels save in energy costs.

“The new range of TVs delivers a truly immersive entertainment experience, whilst saving energy and reducing costs in every hotel. Philips hotel TVs reduce energy consumption through the SmartPower feature which dims the backlighting of the TV without compromising on picture quality. As a result, the new Philips range of hotel TVs is more energy efficient than its predecessors or any competitor hotel TV on the market”, said Travis Anderson, Sales Manager at Philips.

The Philips stand at HHD 2011 will be offering more information on their products and analysis of properties.

Hotel Room of the Future has been designed by John Beazley and Co, leaders in the field of hospitality fit-outs for over three decades.
