Open For Business

Triad Construction Inc. recently opened its doors for business at 1828 S. 76th St., West Allis, Wis.

Corporate officers are: Werner Holentunder, John Ranson and Mike Long. The Triad team has a combined 81 years of construction experience working in Southeast Wisconsin.

Triad Construction Inc. is a specialized general contracting firm for commercial and industrial clients. Triad has on staff highly skilled diversified craftsmen to perform rough and finish carpentry, concrete work, and selective demolition.

The firm focuses on new building construction, building additions, remodeling, office build-outs, and miscellaneous service work.

"Our Streamline Construction Process is what sets us apart from other construction companies. The detailed process will help reduce construction time and costs for owners," said Ranson.

The process provides for financial savings through control over the scope of work, time saved, value engineering, early estimating, and pre-purchases. It minimizes delays, changes, disputes and cost overruns, and it promotes a professional, productive relationship between all involved in support of the project's process, according to Triad.
