Nominations sought for young leaders issue
High Point— Furniture/Today will publish a special issue in late November recognizing the achievements and promise of outstanding young furniture industry leaders.
To help identify this next generation of leaders, Furniture/Today is seeking nominations from the industry.
The special issue, called Fresh Furniture Faces, will appear Nov. 28 and spotlight up-and-coming young leaders who have demonstrated excellence in marketing, merchandising, product design, product development, retailing and other areas of business.
The leaders will be drawn from all segments of the industry, including retailers, producers, importers, sales representatives, designers and trade associations.
"We think this issue will be a terrific venue to honor many of our industry's best young executives," said Ray Allegrezza, editor in chief of Furniture/Today. "Our young executives are our industry's future, and they're leading the way in getting us closer to today's — and tomorrow's — changing consumers."
