Regulatory Compliance Mark
Regulatory Compliance Mark

M-Elec has improved their customer satisfaction by adopting the new standards for electrical items, which is being introduced to Australia in mid 2012.

These standards feature a new identification mark that combines the ‘C-tick’, ‘EMC’ and Safety approval into one simple logo.

The C-Tick is a mark that identifies the product will not cause electronic/electromagnetic interference (EMC). Specific electronic and electrical products, which are brought into Australia, must carry an identification mark with a safety approval number. This allows consumers to find details of suppliers that have registered with the Australian Communications and Media Authority (ACMA).

The new electrical compliance symbol will also include the safety approval number to help make identification easier for consumers. These new standards will be available under the one logo known as the Regulatory Compliance Mark (RCM).

M-Elec’s range of power supplies will feature the new RCM identification mark in the upcoming months.

M-Elec is committed to providing top standard products that are safe, reliable and perform well in the Australian climate. For more information, visit their website.
