Klingstone environmentally friendly polyurethane available from Era Polymers

Manufactured by Era Polymers under licence in Australia, Klingstone is a single component, environmentally friendly polyurethane that is used to permanently bind and stablise soil and sand by essentially gluing the particles together.

Klingstone binds aggregates of varying sizes from pea gravel to sand particles, making it suitable for a wide range of applications including: 

• Pea Gravel Pathways – Retains the natural look of the pea gravel, resulting in an aesthetically pleasing, safe and functional surface
• Pathways around structures such as tree pits
• Soil Stabilisation
• Areas prone to high erosion, such as walking tracks, creek crossings, and high traffic areas

Klingstone environmentally friendly polyurethane is easy to apply and does not require any specialised training for application. It is a single component so there is no mixing required and as the polyurethane is moisture cured, it reacts with the moisture in the air to cure completely and become a solid resin.

There are two grades of polyurethane available which will depend on the application.
