Breaking up is not such a hard thing to do because of a new jackhammer trolley.

Kennards Hire  and specialist division, Kennards Concrete Care, has introduced a handy device, which can be used just as easily to remove floor tiles as rock and concrete.

The jackhammer trolley has adjustable height and a wide angle range enable it to adapt to any situation.

The jackhammer trolley can be used with most jackhammers.

Oz Landscapes used three of the units while replacing terracotta tiles in the outdoor entertaining area of a luxury home.

The tiles, which had been laid many years earlier, were lifting due to an unstable clay base.

While a larger machine from Kennards Concrete Care did the bulk of the work, the jackhammers and trolleys were used on the edges of the swimming pool, steps and confined areas.

“They saved us a lot of time and effort,” said Osmond Meerwald, who operates Oz Landscapes.

“Instead of the operator carrying the weight, the trolley does it for you.”
