Davell Products fixed track, mechanically assisted mobile shelving unit has been engineered to be functional, durable, strong, and with a simple but effective design which makes it virtually maintenance free. The unit is operated by a rotating wheel which gives a mechanical advantage to the operator by using less effort to manoeuvre. The improved friction between the wheel and track ensures smooth operation also. All components are treated with a phosphate wash that removes any impurities, while a powder coating is used to seal any perforations and reduce chances of corrosion. The unit runs of steel tracks which are installed using laser levelling equipment.
The fixed track, mechanically assisted mobile shelving unit comes with a lifetime warranty, and the length can be fitted to customer requirements. The shelves are slotted to accommodate Polycarbonate shelf dividers, and include a roll-out reference work shelf, roll-out suspension frame, wire filing racks, lateral filing shelves and a console lock. The fixed track bright bar is bolted and grouted to the floor, which is made of yellow tongue marine grade particleboard. The shelf capacity is 100 kilograms (evenly distributed) and is finished with a Vivica Brilliance powder coat in choice of colours.
