Fairview Heights Bank


Fairview Heights, Ill.— Holland Construction Services has completed the new Centrue Bank at the Fountains at Fairview mixed-use development in Fairview Heights. The $3.3-million, 24154.79-square-meter facility, located at 303 Fountains Parkway, is Centrue's first bank in Fairview Heights.

The new building hosts drive-through facilities at the rear, a private banking lobby with extensive natural marble, limestone and wood finishes, and offices for the commercial banking division. The exterior features a blend of neutral-colored brick and stone and a standing-seam metal roof. The exterior is adorned with high-volume glass windows.
