Sprocket Kiosks worked closely with the Bill Express (one of Australia's leading prepaid and bill payment service providers) software project team to design a kiosk solution that provided a platform for a suite of offerings for use within Coles Express outlets including bill payment, digital photo processing, Citylink purchase and phone recharge. The kiosk was designed to strict DDA [Disability Discrimination Act] requirements and can be bench mounted, wall mounted or supplied as a pedestal solution.
Incorporating new compact PC technology, the kiosk consists of a 17" capacitive touchscreen, EFTPOS, thermal printer, media reader and external CD ROM. The overall solution is elegant, flexible and provides an intuitive self-service system.
