BOBCAT Australia has expanded its already comprehensive model range with the walk-behind MT50 compact track loader. This machine mechanises labour forces, even where there is no room for the smallest skid-steer loader or compact excavator. It is just 904mm wide, 1,750 mm long and 1,128 mm high, and has a capacity of 227 kg and a 1,900mm lift height.
With a 14.92 kW Kubota diesel, the MT50 has a hydraulic output of 50.72 l/min at 2,600psi. Over 10 attachments are available and most are common with the Bobcat 463 skid steer loader. The rubber track undercarriage provides a light footprint for the 1,132kg loader, minimising damage to lawns and other established surfaces while providing improved traction and better flotation.
Two independent hand levers control the travel and steering and two levers control the lifting and tilting functions.
Safety features include a reverse travel stop panel, a parking brake, neutral start interlocks, a lift and tilt lockout system, lift arm bypass and a lift arm support device.
