Standard Plasterboard
MastaShield is a standard plasterboard for internal wall linings. MastaShield suits a wide range of standard applications for both residential and non-residential buildings.
Technical Plasterboards
WaterShield is a water resistant plasterboard suitable for use in internal wet areas and as a substrate for tiles.
SoundShield is a plasterboard with a high density core providing excellent sound insulation for residential and commercial applications. Used in wall and ceiling systems, SoundShield creates superior levels of acoustic comfort.
FireShield is a fire resistant plasterboard for internal lining applications where a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) is required.
CurveShield is a thin flexible 6mm plasterboard that can be used to create very tightly contoured constructions such as curved walls and ceilings, in archways and around stairways.
ImpactShield is an impact resistant plasterboard designed to meet the needs of high traffic areas. It is also fire resistant and can substitute 13mm FireShield in any fire rated system.
MultiShield is a plasterboard that combines the benefits of FireShield and WaterShield. It is suitable for use in wet areas where a Fire Resistance Level (FRL) is specified.
ShaftLiner is a 25mm fire resistant plasterboard designed for elevator systems and other shafts and ducts in multi-level constructions. ShaftLiner is also used in the InterHome System.
Specialty Plasterboards
QuadShield is a 4-in-1 plasterboard incorporating impact, water and fire resistance as well as sound insulation properties suitable for multi-purpose applications.
SonaRock is a gypsum fibre wall lining with excellent sound insulation performance as well as good fire, impact and moisture resistance.
MastaDeco with Level+ Technology is a plasterboard and compounds system designed to achieve a premium quality Level 4 Finish for walls and ceilings. The complete MastaDeco system including DecoBase and DecoMachine compounds must be used to ensure the benefits of Level+ Technology.
PERMAROCK® is a solid, engineered wall lining made from inorganic aggregated cement embedded with coated glass fibre mesh and is 100% water resistant making it an ideal tile substrate. A range of accessories are required for PERMAROCK® Cement Board Indoor wall and ceiling installations. The complete range of accessories must be used to ensure the benefits of the PERMAROCK® Cement Board Indoor system.

GIB X-Block® is a unique lead free plasterboard designed to provide X-ray radiation protection in X-ray diagnostic rooms within medical facilities and dental clinics. It must be installed in conjunction with the Knauf X-ray shielding system using GIB X-Block® Jointing Compound.
