Kennards Lift and Shift has added new cable jacks to its hire fleet to complement the whole range of jacks already available for hire from Kennards Lift and Shift, such as bottle jacks, trolley jacks, transmission jacks, mechanical jacks, forklift jacks and toe jacks.
The cable jacks also serve as an ideal addition to Kennards Lift and Shift’s cable pulling equipment range and are available in 1 tonne, 2 tonne and 3 tonne capacities.
The new cable jacks are designed for safe and easy handling of heavy cable drums and come with lifting handles and wheels. They also fold down flat for easy transport and storage.
The cable jacks can handle drum width ranges from 1000mm to 1500mm and drum diameters of 1400mm to 2400mm.
The other jacks available in the range are suitable to most applications and come in various sizes such as the mechanical jacks, which can be used anywhere a high lift is required eg. Lifting portable buildings. The mechanical jacks’ safe working loads vary from 3 tonne to 15 tonne.
