Sculptor Peter Hey to hold first solo show 'Of the Water' at gallery41

Sculptor Peter Hey will be having his first solo show at gallery41 at 41 Riley street, Woolloomooloo.

The show opens on Wednesday 16th April from 5-7pm and continues through April.

gallery41 is open from 1-6 pm from Wednesdays to Saturdays and by appointment on 0408 226 827.

The exhibition will show Peter's large bronze and metal sculptures as well as his beautiful, flashing steel wall mounted fish.

All the sculptures will have some relation to water as the title of the show is "Of the Water".

The free standing metal dragonflies mounted on wood and stone and the frogs and lizards made of hammered steel seem to have a life all their own and would look good in the house or in the garden.

gallery41 is promoting Peter's solo show after carrying his sculptures for several months with many favourable and interested buyers.

Peter is a metallurgist and has worked in the building industry as well as making one-off jewellery designs.

Peter has displayed his work in Chifley Square and  Australia Square with the Sculptor Society and also in the Mosman Sculpture show.

Please come in and see for yourself how good Peter Hey's work looks.
