Water heating solutions from Zane Solar Systems
Zane Solar Systems is an Australian company started in 1974. Zane Solar Systems specialises in the production of solar heating systems for commercial, domestic and Olympic swimming pools. A series of absorbers are installed in the roof so that, when water flows through the absorbers, it is heated.
The solar heating system consists of the following parts; Zane ZX 2000 with automatic heating and cooling, digital display and Zane PC 5 with an auto off, manual switch, top out temperature control, winter mode options. These control and filter the solar system.
Solar booster pumps such as the pump restrictor PP2 for reducing the pressure in the solar system and charge series pump PP02 for moving large amount of water are also available.
Valves are also installed to avoid the back flow of water into the pool without filtration. Screened VRV, Flowchek valve, check valve 40mm and VRV deluxe types of valves are available from Zane Solar Systems.
The solar heating systems are installed with Flexilock FP O2 connections. This connection has a self locking mechanical seal to lock the absorber internally. The seals are flexible and can be disconnected if needed. They attach to the absorbers with the Zane sleeves. An Ultra Tuff TPR lubricant is also available for easy assembly of the Flexilock system.
