ZEGO offers the ‘ZEGO Z-Board Cladding,’ an external insulated facade system (EIFS) that is versatile as well as economic. This system is used for all types of structural surfaces, including steel or timber frames and brickwork. The flat packed EIFS panels are available in 100 x 300 x 1143 millimetres, 2.9 Panels per metre squared, 13.716 metre squared/ 40 Panels / 40 kilograms per cube, 6.858 per metre squared / 20 Panel / 20 kilograms per 1/2 cube / Pallet. The cube dimensions are 1200 x 1143 x 1000 millimetres and the 1/2 cube / pallet dimensions are 1210 x 1144 x 500.
There are steel fixers that are suitable for fastening and tying of mesh sheets and fixing floor cables to the mesh. The ZEGO 921 Steel Fixer is a simple one handed operation with re-chargeable batteries. It is supplied with 2 batteries and high speed 240volt charger and is easy to train unskilled workers. The ZEGO 921 Steel Fixer has a hard plastic carry case and weighs only 2.1 kilograms.
The steel fixers are also available as ZEGO 2039 Steel Fixer and the ZEGO 2065 Steel Fixer. The ZEGO H or V Steel Fixers are ideal for slab, wall and column work. They also facilitate in tying hydronic floor heating and keeping conduits in place.
The ZEGO H or V Steel Fixers are available in two configurations. They are the V (Vertical Green unit) and the H (Horizontal Blue unit). The former is ideal for slab work without bending over and the latter is suitable for walls, columns beams and slab work.
