Screentex external blinds from Viva Sunscreens

Viva Sunscreens  have helped in controlling glare and thermal heat gain for the recently completed Trivette Classic’s BMW flagship dealership located on Church Street, Parramatta.

Viva Sunscreens supplied and installed automated Screentex external blinds to the extensive west facing, 10 metre high glazed façade of the building.

Viva Sunscreens, Screentex external blinds have been recognised by Australia’s environmental authorities as a preferred external finish. The Screentex external blind system reduces the UV rays that enter the building in addition to controlling thermal gain. This is achieved without impeding on the inside out view. Screentex external blinds reduce air conditioning and heating requirements, ensuring a significant reduction in overall carbon dioxide emissions is achieved.

Viva Sunscreens, Screentex external blinds are the natural choice for buildings adopting ESD principles and quality residential projects that look for a practical shading solution.
