Unitex® : Wall Cladding; Renders & Finishes; Mouldings & Columns
The Unitex range of lightweight cladding solutions has been tailored to suit the needs of specifiers, designers, developers, builders and most importantly the home owner. The Uni-EIFS™ (External Insulation Finishing System) range is designed so that the insulation is placed on the exterior of the building, equalising the effects of outside temperatures and reducing thermal stresses and strains in the structure. Cold spots and drafts are eliminated because the entire surface is insulated. With Uni-EIFS your house is insulated in summer against heat from the outside, insulated in winter against cold from the outside which means true living comfort all year round.

Colours and Finishes
Uni-Base Board System: White EPS panels with a light grey polymer render coating and reinforced AR/FG Mesh. Finished with Uni-Base Board Render and a Unitex Texture to a colour of choice. Uni-TWS: White EPS panels finished with Hi Fibre Render and a Unitex Texture to a colour of choice. A wide range of top coat colours available – some colours in external use fade more than others. Always choose lightfast colours which fade the least.

Uni-Base Board System: Substrate Uni-Base Board 2400 x 1200 mm x 75 mm (50 mm & 100 mm also available). Uni-TWS: Substrate Uni-IB Board 2400 x 1200 mm x 75 mm (50 mm & 100 mm also available).
