The showroom and office building that fronts the warehouse has been constructed using Unitex Granular Marble’s uni-base board over a steel frame.
The uni-base board does not require tradesmen to install it, is light in weight and offers an R-value of 2.7 before internal insulation. The uni-base board is a lightweight cladding system that uses pre-coated, mesh reinforced, polystyrene insulation panels as a base for uni-base board render and a Unitex applied finish. The Uni-base board cladding system is easy to install and provides a flat and even surface to achieve a smooth rendered finish.
