Durable cladding
New Zealand company, Ullrich Aluminium , has brought out a cladding product which is adaptable to Australia’s weather conditions. The way in which it is designed allows air to circulate behind the aluminium cladding, allowing it to breathe and eliminates rot. It is also a completely integrated system with its own flashings and corners.
UlltraClad has the look of traditional weatherboards but does not have the maintenance and problems associated with a timber cladding. It is designed to withstand high temperatures and winds, making it very durable. It also comes in a variety of designs including Baby Corro, Traditional, Standard Weatherboard, Vertical Plank and Tee Board. UlltraClad is a 184 mm plank and is extruded in 5m and 6m standard lengths.
All of the designs can be fitted either horizontally or vertically. The standard colour range for UlltraClad has been chosen to complement existing roofing colours from Colorbond.
