The Wagga Iron Foundry’s range of Cast Iron Furniture
  • Benches - In keeping with the modern designs of buildings we have a 'urban' bench and for those who appreciate the designs from the Victorian era we have our 'Rural' bench.
  • Seats - Cast iron chairs from great foundries such as Coalbrookdale in England still exist today. Many date earlier than the 1890's and their unique grace and durability have ensured their place in many fine gardens since. We are known for our range of heritage iron castings.
  • Tables - Tables we have manufactured have been chosen to be useful and to suit your gardens, verandahs and courtyards. There is a choice of marble, granite or timber for the tabletop.

  • Statues – Custom made statues. Famous statues from The wagga Iron Foundry can be seen across Australia.

The Wagga Iron Foundry’s Projects

  • Kaia – Statue of women with baby in arms - She stands as a memorial to the women and children who lived at the Uranquinty migrant camp, while their men were working in the Snowy Mountains hydro-electric scheme
  • Peace – Statue of little boy - replacing those statues of concrete which had their heads knocked off by vandals. Good luck if a vandal ever tried that again!
  • Bollards, Lamp posts, tree grates, statues, fountains, benches and park seating – Municiple councils using The wagga Iron Foundry’s products around Australia
  • The Wagga Iron Foundry has been casting Telstra manhole covers and frames since the early sixties; we also manufacture our own brand of covers and frames, such as Tile infill covers.

The wagga Iron Foundry The metal used for our entire furniture range is ductile iron. It is not brittle like grey iron from which these castings used to be made
