Tascot Carpets host carpet installation workshop

Tascot Carpets' Tips and Tricks Installation Workshop

Tascot Carpets  have recently hosted a Tips and Tricks Installation Workshop for their retailers, installers and contractors in Devonport Tasmania.

This was the first workshop of its kind that Tascot Carpets have organised and hope to host several more in other States over the coming year.

From an industry viewpoint, it has become apparent that there is a need to educate carpet installers and contractors on the developments within both the manufacturing and installation of woven and bonded carpets to maintain themselves in a competitive marketplace.

Tascot Carpets identified this as an ideal opportunity to offer the workshop to their contractors on the important factors of installing the carpets.

Tascot Carpets believe it is their responsibility to ensure that the finished result of both manufacture and installation of their products should be ideal.

The workshop gave Tascot Carpets’ installers the opportunity to learn some valuable handling and installation ‘Tips and Tricks’ for installing woven and bonded carpets.

The workshop also gave their contractors and retailers the opportunity to ask questions to Tascot Carpets’ experienced production personnel and to also share their knowledge of carpet installation.

A factory tour was also available on the day to show first hand, how Tascot Carpets’ woven and bonded carpets are manufactured.

The workshop provided a good opportunity for old hands to brush up on current technology, or for those sales people and installers new to the world of Woven Axminster carpets to learn some of Tascot Carpets’ many ‘Tips and Tricks’.
