Tait Flooring  has appointed Jan Fahl to join its team as architectural/builder specialist advisor.

Jan is passionate about the use of sustainable hardwoods and has a strong background in the timber industry with over 20 years experience as an architectural flooring consultant.

Her diverse roles include both the veneer and solid timber industry including working for The Timber Promotion Council and a 2 year stint with a Melbourne Architectural flooring company.

After 9 years working for sawmiller Neville Smith Timber, Jan is delighted to be able to offer architects and designers such a comprehensive collection of unique architectural flooring timbers.

Tait Flooring has developed a range of systems to enable you to have a complete architectural flooring solution.

Tait Flooring showroom is the perfect location for specifiers and their clients to view over 400m2 of all types of architectural flooring from the convenience of Silkwood prefinished flooring to an exiting collection of solid timber flooring in boards up to 180mm in width.

A good range of 180mm wide timber floors are on display featuring species such as specialists in wide boards Tait Flooring have Tallowwood, Grey Ironbark, Yellow Stringybark, Grey Box and Spotted Gum on display.

Wide boards require specialist advice to gain the best outcome and consideration needs to be given to using the correct installation system and architectural flooring finishes.
