TL Engineering manufactures and fits WA's such as trays, bodies, accessories and bar-work for a wide range of light vehicles. Trays and accessories for light commercial vehicles from TL Engineering includes electrical equipment, wheelbase alterations, lazy axles, body conversions, live axles, FOPs and ROPs and all other mining accessories, fast-attack fire units, modular bodies and canopies.
TL Engineering can convert cab-chassis vehicles to extra cabs. A 4WD station wagons can be cut down to dual cab at TL Engineering with an additional tray added. TL Engineering also does modifications such as side door conversion with an improved seating and the addition of lazy axles to enhance length and carrying capacity. TL Engineering is also contracted by the state government to build fire fighting units, modular bodies for the police, personnel cages and emergency services.
The 1 tonne tray of TL Engineering features a tapered Cab-rack for roll over strength, flat bar side steps for better foothold, rust-free zincanneal drop sides and cab sheet, chassis mounts, full width trays, Chequer plate floor welded both sides of cross members and it can be mechanically cleaned, etched primed and finished in enamel. TL Engineering has been manufacturing 1 tonne tray bodies since 1970.
