Suburban Eco environmentally friendly street lighting uses highly efficient, compact fluorescent lamps that enable the most appropriate wattage to be selected for each application, minimising greenhouse gas emissions and savings energy.
The high performance optical system of Suburban Eco environmentally friendly street lighting has been specifically designed for street lighting requirements, and incorporates a house-side reflector that dramatically reduces the obtrusive lighting behind the luminaire. A universal lamp holder and multiwatt electronic ballast enable one luminaire to operate 26, 32 & 42W compact fluorescent lamps, ensuring the most energy efficient solution for every installation.
Building upon the success of the Suburban HID Series, the Suburban Eco environmentally friendly street lighting luminaires are supported by a precision, high-pressure die-cast body and acrylic visor complying with AS1158-1 Category P and AS1158.6 road lighting requirements.
The electronic control gear of Suburban Eco environmentally friendly street lighting is housed in an IP66 die-cast aluminium cassette, which is easily replaced by removing the top cover assembly. Suburban Eco environmentally friendly street lighting also features a retention clip combined with a lamp support bracket to ensure that the lamp remains secure even in the most arduous environments.
