Studor was established in the early 1970s and specialise in Air Admittance Valves and supply their products to domestic and commercial plumbers. Their products include a range of AAV's, Postive Air Pressure Attenuator (P.A.P.A.™) and the Maxi-Filtra™ which is a carbon filter.

This filter is for external use and is built like a 2 way vent device which filters air in both directions. This filter is more suitable for use with septic tanks and can be:

• Used on open vents (existing or new)
• Installed vertically or horizontally
• Installed with no professional help
• Replaced in a minimum of two years (recommended to replace more frequently in high odour saturation areas)

Studor's Maxi-Filtra™ comes standard with one carbon filter and the connector but there is an additional component available that provides better protection for the product.

The Aluminium Cover provides protection when using the Maxi-Filtra™ in outside areas. It protects the carbon filter from extreme temperatures (-20°C to +60°C), animals and birds, stormy weather and UV rays.
