ApplicationsStramit manufactures a wide range of C and Z Purlins up to 400mm, as well as Top Hats, Roof and Ceiling Battens. For larger projects, special purlins can be manufactured, including high performance Extacta purlins, lappable downturn-lip and lipless sections, along with a full range of accessories, such as Stramit Boltless Bridging. Stramit permanent formwork provides cost-effective solutions for suspended concrete slabs. Purlins, including 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350 and 400 series in both C and Z profiles for use as roof purlins or wall girts, can be supplied cut to length and pre-punched. A huge range of Top Hats, Roof and Ceiling Battens and Stud Sections is available for domestic roofing, garages, sheds and partitioning. Condeck HP composite decking saves on formwork costs and provides a ready-finished ceiling.

Colours and FinishesStramit structural products are supplied with a galvanised finish or special ZAM coated steel for corrosive environments.
SizesStandard Purlins in 100, 150, 200, 250, 300, 350 and 400 series in both C and Z profiles. Top Hats are available in 96mm and 64mm, Roof Battens 40mm, Ceiling Battens 24mm.
General AdvantagesStramit purlins are manufactured from high tensile steel (450 MPa minimum yield stress) with a high quality galvanised coating (minimum Z350). Purlins are supplied cut to length with snap-in bridging. Condeck HP permanent formwork is made from high strength galvanised steel in base thicknesses of 0.75mm, 0.90mm and 1.00mm and is available with heavy duty coating for coastal regions or in ZAM coated steel for corrosive environments.
