Stramit  Exacta Purlins are specially designed to save costs on large commercial projects.  By optimising the dimensions for the most commonly used spans, savings in steel of up to 20% are possible.  

Stramit Building Products has also developed special software that allows users to maintain full control over purlin design and optimisation.  

The EX-facta Purlin Design Software uses Stramit’s patented moment capacity design method to make it easy for engineers to create an economical purlin solution, even with irregular configurations and complex wind loads.
