Neil Perry's new Rockpool Bar and Grill on Sydney's Hunter Street has opened with kitchens that look impressive. The open show-kitchens use the sleek and green Electrolux Therma equipment.
Electrolux Therma equipment is largely made by hand in Switzerland and has been used throughout Perry's latest venture.
The equipment is imported exclusively by Stoddart Food Service Equipment. The show kitchen concept is further enhanced by Stoddart's Halton ventilated ceiling, which crowns the whole kitchen and gives unimpeded views of the chefs at work.
