Starport Constructions is backed by a team of professionals involved in construction and civil engineering who give assistance regarding designs, styles and materials available. These are chosen according to the requirements of each project and the prevailing geographical, environmental conditions. Custom designs are also offered by Starport Constructions.

An essential aspect of building is seeking approvals from appropriate councils. This service is also provided by Starport Constructions. Specific advise is given on building the projects in accordance with the Building Code of Australia. In addition, on contraction with StarPorts Constructions, a complete approval package is provided which includes drawing of plans, submitting the applications, paying the required fees and obtaining necessary approvals.

Starport Constructions offers assistance for obtaining the approval of the council for exempt development, complying development and for development application and construction certificate. Though exempt and complying development require little or no formal approval, the development application involves a two stage process to obtain a clearance from the council.
