Speedpanel is an innovative panel based system for providing non-load-bearing fire and acoustic rated walls.

Uses for Speedpanel Wall System
Speedpanel wall panels are roll formed, galvanised steel shells filled with lightweight aerated concrete. Easy to install, the patented ‘tongue and groove’ interlocking design of the panel allows no fuss and minimal mess on site, and can be installed either horizontally or vertically using ‘C’ track as a frame fixed to structural elements.

Speedpanel has been well received by industry for many uses, as it has achieved impressive test results, is cost effective and competes well against traditional wall systems.

A standard panel is nominally 78mm thick by 250mm wide (when installed) and is manufactured up to 8.0 metres in length.
