Speedwall from Speedpanel Australia offers a superior lightweight alternative to conventional wall systems, providing architects, and developers with cost savings on commercial projects.
Constructed from galvanised steel shells filled with aerated concrete, the ‘tongue and groove’ profile allows for vertical or horizontal installation. The system has a panel fire rating of 180/180/90 minutes, structural span capacity of up to 6.6m and apartment wall system acoustic ratings up to Rw 64.
Speedwall is ideally suited for party walls in hotels and apartments as well as dividing walls in factories. It also replaces all covered non-essential blockwork - staircases and shaft walls.
