The ResidLIFT residential lift from Southern Lifts is a safe, reliable home lift for use in single premises. The ResidLIFT residential lift from Southern Lifts can be retrofitted in existing homes or installed in new homes.

ResidLIFT residential lifts are freestanding, and available in a range of different sizes to suit individual needs. ResidLIFT residential lifts can be quickly and easily installed because the lift travels in it’s own self supporting structural tower.

ResidLIFT residential lifts are available with a variety of high quality interior finishes, varying from laminated PVC wall panels to full stainless steel finishes, with or without a mirror. Floor finishes can be chosen from a standard list or supplied by others to match different homes.

Rated load capacities for ResidLIFT residential lifts are 250kg, 315kg and 385kg.
Car sizes of ResidLIFT residential lifts vary in range from 685mm x 750mm to 1100mm x 1400mm, and can second doors at 90 or 180 degrees.
