Soft Furnishing Industry Association , a non profitable organisation offers Upholstery labels for its members and non members. Upholstery labels are available in wide range. The upholstery label 1U which is place to pile fabric materials must be protected from direct sunlight and should be vacuumed using low suction. This 1U upholstery label when placed on to pile fabric, the material must not be scrubbed using brush.
The 3U range of upholstery label is also applied on to non pile fabric material and non pile fabric soil resistant treated material. After fixing this 3U upholstery label the clothes must not be exposed to sunlight and low suction vacuum has to be applied.
Soft Furnishing Industry Association provides different types of upholstery labels which can be placed on to plastic and plastic coated materials, to care label chintz. It comes along with loose covers 8U and 9U washable and dry cleanable materials.
The 10U range of upholstery label is ideal for loose covers which are neither dry cleanable and washable. The 11U range of upholstery label is ideal only for fabrics which are not dry cleanable, for printed or dyed fabrics which are pigmented.
