The recent bushfires in Victoria did extensive damage to property and bushland. This dwelling at Pomonal in the Grampians was one of the luckier ones.
A decision to install Smartflo gutter during June 2001 proved to be a wise choice. While the surrounding bushland was scorched, the house was well protected by Smartflo's self clearing ability. The polymer stop ends and filters were distorted by the heat, but have since been replaced.
