After 2012, it will no longer be possible to buy a standard Electric Hot Water system in Australia.

Conventional solar hot water systems (and even some brands of heat-pumps) actually rely on inefficient Electric-Element or GAS boosters to maintain the full tank of water at 60oC, especially in winter when it’s needed most.

In most situations, 264-SS and 327-SS solar hot water heat pumps from Skyline Energy offer an improved ecological solution because they consume less energy than traditional solar-boosted systems. 264-SS and 327-SS solar hot water heat pumps are fully accredited for solar rebates, require no roof panels, and simple to install.

264-SS and 327-SS solar hot water heat pumps are available in in 264L and 327L capacities.
