Unlike those tubular skylights, the Skytube Intech 250 collects the low elevation sunlight in the early morning, late afternoon and winter in order to provide that much needed light in the household. The Skytube tubular skylights also regulate the light that enters during the hot midday summer in order to provide cooler daylight in the home.
The Skytube Intech 250 utilises patented Variable Pitch Adaptor, which allows a straight path of light between any roof pitch and ceiling. It also allows the light to bypass obstacles without the need to bend the tube around them.
The Skytube tubular skylights feature moulded flashings that are designed to suit specific roof types including corrugated metal, metal deck, concrete tile and terracotta tile. They are easy to install and are water tight.
