Pacchetto Retractable Patio System
The Pacchetto all weather retractable patio system is the ideal solution for creating extra useable space for alfresco areas, restaurants, clubs or hotels.

Features of the Retractable Patio Awning

Featuring stainless steel reinforced drive belts that move the awning from a fully closed to fully open position (or somewhere in between) the systems can be either manually operated or fully motorised with remote control.
When fully retracted the custom sized pleats simply fold away to the side and the cross bars are designed to allow water to drain to either side of the awning. In addition, this system offers individual pleats meaning that if a pleat became damaged, only one needs to be replaced.
Made from an extruded powder coated aluminium structure, Pacchettos can be manufactured in a wide range of sizes from as little as 3 metres and up to 18 metres wide with a standard projection of up to 6 metres (a further projection is available when the awning is top fixed).
Featuring elegant front posts in a powder coated colour of your choice, Shadewell also offer the option of clear PVC blinds to enclose the front of the awning.

Fabric Tension System Awning
Versatile Fabric Tension System awnings are the ideal solution for providing shade and heat protection to large glazed roof areas. Also known as Conservatory Awnings or Glass Roof Awnings, they stop the sun before it hits the glass and before the interior heats up.

Usually fitted to the outside of a glass roof on an existing building or custom built structure, an FTS awning is also perfect for use as a retractable roof over open pergola structures.

Features of the Fabric Tension System

With an extruded powder coated aluminium box and channels, these sleek motorised units covers flat, pitched or barrel vaulted windows and are designed for exposed conditions, which means they can be specified where other awnings are not suitable as the fabric is highly tensioned and resists windy conditions.
Shadewell’s range of Fabric Tension Systems includes the following: Global Glider, Global Giotto, Sundream FTS and Markilux's range of tensioned awnings.
Fabrics: Choice of Mesh PVC or Acrylic in a wide range of colours will ensure the right coverage for your needs.

Retractable Patio Shades

Ideal for reducing the heat and glare and installed under your existing polycarbonate or glass roof pergola, Retractable Patio Shades are available in two designs:

Pleated Patio Shade: Operating via a cord and pulley system
Roller Patio Shade: Crank handle or electric motor operation

Features of Retractable Patio Shades

For controlled shading of large areas, patio shades can be butted together yet operated separately.
Retractable Patio Shades also offer secondary shade protection to your windows in the patio and further shading for your patio and windows can be achieved with the option of straight drop sunblinds to enclose the front or sides of the awning.
