Sankey have seen a massive turnaround in the last six years since becoming a member of the CMG Engineering Group.
Traditionally, Sankey manufactured products which supported CMG Group sister companies. A major contributor to their recent growth came from acquisition of the Smartflo guttering product line. Additional investment in infrastructure added a new aluminium diecasting arm to the business. Most recently, Sankey have acquired the expanded metal mesh line of their previous owner, Lysaght.
The expansion has included a new 4000 sq. metre diecasting plant in Melbourne's outer East and a new 10,000 sq metre metal pressing factory in Newcastle due for handover in September.
Part of Sankey's continuing transition towards an important link in the supply of metal products for industry is their new logo and a brand new website.
