Salient wireless synchronised master clock system operates on a very basic concept. The master clock acquires the time and then transmits it wirelessly to the secondary or slave clocks that are in the system.
The master clock is designed to receive time updates and may incorporate any one of five time receiver options.
Once the transmitter master clock receives a time update, it then transmits the time to any number of secondary slave analog and/or digital clocks.
The digital clocks need only a 240v ac power outlet and the analog clocks do not need any power outlet at all. The digital clocks include its own internal battery pack with 5 or 10 year life.
From the customer's point of view, the good feature is that you will never have to adjust your digital clock again.
No buttons to push, no ladders to climb - these clocks, when connected with the GPS antenna, always show accurate time. And because they have built in daylight savings adjustment, they automatically switch over at the correct time.
