SESA - Safety and Environmental Services Australia are very aware that where asbestos containing materials are present in the workplace asbestos awareness training is essential to inform managers, trade contractors and employees of the risks associated with it's presence and the ways in which to avoid disturbance of and exposure to the material.
SESA asbestos awareness training courses are developed and delivered by accredited trainers and occupational hygiene consultants.
The two hour asbestos information courses can be delivered at client premises and are designed to assist trades contractors and property managers, who are not licensed for asbestos removal, to work with the substance safely and within the law.
This asbestos awareness training addresses requirements placed upon those people managing or engaging in refurbishment, demolition and general building or maintenance work, where there is risk of asbestos disturbance.
