The ceiling panels are made using high-quality materials, and they feature feathered edge polymer frames. They are up to 30% lighter than other steel framed products on the market.
Installation is a breeze as the flanged frames are simply screen fixed through the preformed fixing holes that are situated in the flange surround. There is no need to open or completely remove the door.
The screw fixings are not an eyesore, as they are fitted with hole caps and hidden from view. These hole caps are supplied with the frames, and be fitted before the frames are painted. The frames can be painted to match the surrounding ceiling and/or walls.
Because the frames are made from moulded polymer, a perfect finish with no sharp edges is guaranteed, which makes handling safer.
This feature also allows for doors with different locks to be placed in the frames without modifying them whatsoever. This ensures the installation process is easier, safer, and more efficient for contractors.
