It is no surprise therefore, that they recently completed the $13.7 million, Tingeera Apartments in Hervey Bay.
The impressive six story Tingeera Apartments are located on the esplanade at Pialba and exemplify why Hervey Bay is the fastest growing city in Queensland.
The complex includes 40 beautifully appointed two and three bedroom apartments with magnificent sea views to Fraser Island, private balconies, large private rooftop entertainment areas for the penthouse apartments and a large basement carpark.
The project utilised Ritek Building Solutions' products - the Custom Roof Panel and the XL Wall System.
Keith Ball of Bellero Constructions said, “The original design of the building was for traditional block construction; however the client, Pialba Apartments expressed an interest in using the innovative Ritek products.”
“The benefits of the Ritek products were so significant that we used them in both the structural and non structural elements throughout the building. The Ritek systems are really efficient in their installation because they are pre-fabricated to suit the building and the building services can be installed as the walls are erected.”
We saved 14 weeks on construction time which resulted in huge dollar savings. Major savings were also made in areas such as cranage and scaffolding. Another tangible benefit was having a clean site throughout construction which meant a safer workplace. We’ll be specifying the Ritek products again for sure!”
