Residence Fine Furniture moves to Waterloo
After three years trading in Chatswood, Residence Fine Furniture has relocated to a larger showroom at Bourke Street, Waterloo.
There is ample parking for customers in front of the showroom.
Managing Director Gary Keeling will open his new showroom this Thursday 9th August at 10am.
Residence Fine Furniture offers a range of over 300 items of beautifully designed high quality handcrafted hardwood furniture for interior residential and prestigious commercial use. Suites as well as individual pieces are available.
The classic, contemporary and oriental designs in woods including rosewood, American mahogany, teak, American white and red oak and American cherry will delight all who appreciate the beauty, feel and value of quality hardwood furniture.
Each piece is hand crafted using traditional cabinet making skills and the fine quality kiln dried solid timbers and veneers.
Features
The Residence furniture range features hand made joints including interlocking mortise and tenon joints on all dining chairs, hand carved drawer runners and hand finishing of all interior and exterior surfaces. Hand carved decoration and marquetry highlight some pieces.
High quality fittings in brass or stainless steel from Europe and the US include fully concealed hinges. Customers can select their upholstery from a wide range of high quality fabrics, leathers and unique horsecloth or can opt to supply their own.
Up to 10 coats of lacquer, a natural product collected from the Lac tree, are applied by hand to highlight the beauty of the wood and protect surfaces from marking and damage.
This unique lacquer finish is highly resistant to heat and liquids, making it ideally suited to dining, bedside and entertainment furniture in particular.
Special sizes and configurations such as extra long beds can also be catered for.
In addition to its extensive furniture range Residence Fine Furniture also offers a selection of fabrics, artwork and decorative accessories for interior design applications.
