The Hydracrop 55 metric tonnes machine available from Reflex Handling and Storage is a dual-cylinder machine with two-foot pedals. This means two simultaneous operations can be done at the same time. The dual cylinder hydraulic Ironworker comes with a purpose built load conveyors.

The GEKA 55/110 Hydracrop machine is a two cylinder Ironworker (two people can work at the same time) with five workstations, punching, shearing of flats, round/square bar cutting, angle cutting and a notching station. The machine capacities range from 55 metric tonnes to 220 metric tonnes and angle cutting capacities from 120mm x 120mm x 10mm (4" x 4" x 1/2") to 205mm x 205mm x 18mm (8" x 8" x 3/4") angle. Angles are cut with no slug loss or deformation regardless of the size on angles that is cut.
The standard equipment as a production package includes a set of 10 round punches and dies, magnetic based halogen work light, large precision punch table, precision notching table with stops and inch scales, 1m (39”) universal electric length back stop for automatic cutting.
