RMAX offers expanded polypropylene, polystyrene, and moulded EPS packaging

Expanded polypropylene is used for engineering applications. Expanded polypropylene has good impact energy absorption, high static load bearing capacity, high temperature resilience, and abrasion resistance properties. The moulded rigid cellular plastic is also resistant to oil and moisture with low moisture absorption. The physical properties of expanded polypropylene, such as foam grade and foam density, can be customised to suit specific applications.

Expanded polystyrene is moisture resistant and has good thermal efficiency. The expanded polystyrene range includes packaging products. Expanded polystyrene is lightweight and durable. It is suited to a wide range of applications. Applications ranges from insulation, packaging, and flotation to void fillings and decorative finishes. Expanded polystyrene has low damage rates, fast packing time, and cuts down warehouse costs.

In addition to this, RMAX has introduced Perform Guard, an expanded polystyrene product. Perform Guard is an inorganic product which is resistant to termites.

Moulded EPS packaging products are thermally efficient and moisture resistant. EPS packaging comes with cavity cutting. The cavity cutting can accommodate any size or design.
