- Complete the checklist: Comparing tenders is easy when they all address the same criteria. A building specification list will need to be uploaded, which is usually provided by your architect or building designer. If you don’t have one, an online one is provided.
- Upload your plans: Attach a PDF or JPEG of your building plans on the ‘post a project page’. Add requirements, photos, preferred start/finish dates and any other documents. Your plans are then made available to builders and carpenters to submit tenders.
