Quality Blinds’ custom awnings, blinds, curtains, shutters and motorisation are handcrafted to meet customers’ individual design needs.
Quality Blinds provide shutters, curtains and blinds for all window openings including French doors, sliding glass doors, arches, bay windows, stairwells, skylights and patios.
Consultation
Quality Blinds’ experienced consultant will come to home or meet customers on site and will work with them to customise and design the window openings to meet their needs and requirements.
Quality Blinds’ consultant will provide with a personalised easy to read quotation. Alternatively, people can bring in either dimensions or plans to the showroom.
How to Order
the customers will be required to sign the quotation as their “Acceptance of Quotation" and they will be required to pay 40% deposit of the total order (including GST). Quality Blinds will send a letter of receipt of the order and deposit.
Check measurement
the customer will be contacted by one of Quality Blinds’ staff to arrange a suitable time for a skilled installation consultant to perform a final check measurement. This is to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
Installation and final payment
the client will be contacted by one of Quality Blinds’ consultants to arrange a suitable time for final installation of the order.
The client will be issued with an invoice and required to pay the final payment (including GST) at time of installation. Installations are skilfully completed by Quality Blinds’ professionally qualified craftsmen. Quality Blinds accept Visa, Master Card, bankcard, money orders and cheque.
Care and maintenance
Dust should be removed with a soft vacuum cleaner accessory brush, with the blades/slats/louvers tilted for easy access. Wiping with woven cloths should be avoided.
After dusting, use a light moistened chamois type cloth. Be sure to remove all excess moisture. Do not use any household cleaning compounds or sprays as many of these products contain strong chemicals, which can be corrosive to paint and lacquer finishes.
